Many of my paintings are based on random observations that I record with my camera.  I use the photo as a tool , like a sketch. As I work I often see new colors and meanings and the photo transforms into the painting.

Some of my paintings are more abstract. They come from somewhere else and are more emotional and reactive to something I feel.

Whichever way I go it's always a great adventure
