"I’m always looking for ways to bring quality and depth to my work. This is what keeps me excited about being an artist. I love the challenge of doing my very best in every moment ... being present ... connected and passionate during the creative process."
Rhonda Kyrias studied the early Dutch and Italian Master’s approach to oil painting from age seven to nine from William and Raymond Yelland ... California painters with roots in London’s Royal Academy of Art. She received her BA in Art History from the University of California, Irvine, and also studied with Tony Ryder in Santa Fe, a student in the lineage of Ted Seth Jacobs.
Rhonda has shown her work at the Laguna Museum of Art, the Haggin Museum of Art, the Vorpal Gallery in Laguna Beach, and the University of California, Irvine Fine Arts Gallery. Her work is on permanent display at the Corner Gallery in her community of Ukiah, California.
