Tom Winters
I have been long interested in photography, taking photos and sharing a darkroom with my father from about age twelve and continuing to learn and use the medium over the years. In my opinion, fine art photography requires a fusion of creativity and technology which I aim to achieve. It also requires the right materials to produce images of lasting quality. I use museum quality archival paper, inks and matting materials for my prints and I frame the prints with simple, sturdy and attractive frames. If treated properly, the prints should retain their tonality and color, for many decades.
